摘    要:高职教育无法忽视困难学生群体庞大、群体特征显著等实际问题,必须构建以有偿经济资助为主导、无偿经济资助为辅、兼以道德教育的学生资助模式。结合经济、心理、学业帮扶等多维度构建的学生资助模式派生出针对困难学生这一特定群体的隐性德育模式,该德育模式可将理想信念教育、爱国教育、社会道德教育、法制诚信教育、人文科学精神教育以及心理健康教育等德育内容附着于学生资助系统载体上,从而实现困难学生群体德育内容的内化进程。

Abstract:Higher vocational education cannot ignore some practical problems, such as the large number of needy students with obvious group characteristics. Therefore, student financial assistance mode must be built, playing the predominate role of paid financial assistance, taking non-paid financial assistance as the auxiliary method and combining with moral education. The implicit moral education mode derives from the student financial assistance mode constructed by integrating economy, psychology and studies support for the specific group - needy students. The mode can attach the content of moral education including ideal faith education, patriotic education, social moral education, legal integrity education, humanistic spirit education and psychological health education to the carrier of student financial assistance system, so as to realize the internalization process of moral education content for needy students.
