教育资源库使用效益评估研究

教育资源库是教育信息化的重要组成部分。20世纪90年代以来,国内外掀起了大型教育资源库的建设浪潮。然而,针对教育资源库的使用效益及其评估模式的研究却很少。在目前国家大力推进教育资源库建设及应用的背景下,本文探索并研究了教育资源库使用效益评估的内涵和主要内容,通过充分调研和分析国内外文献,综述了可借鉴的评估项目,包括图书馆使用效益评估、电子政务评估、IT绩效评估、教育信息化评估等内容,在定性和定量分析的基础上分析各评估项目的评估特点,以及我们可以从中借鉴的地方,并且利用聚类分析的方法分析教育资源库使用效益评估需要测量的四个维度。希望本研究能为教育资源库使用效益评估的深入研究奠定基础。

Research of Use Efficiency Evaluation of Education Resource Center and Review of Related Assessment Project

Education resource center is an important part of China’s education informatization.Since 1990s,the construction of large education resource booms at home and abroad.However,there is a lack of research on the efficiency in using education resources centers.To fill in this gap,we studied the connotation and main content of use efficiency evaluation of education resource centers.Through a comprehensive literature review,we synthesized related assessment projects,including library use efficiency evaluation,e-government performance evaluation,IT performance evaluation,and education informatization evaluation.In addition,we use clustering method to derive four dimensionalities in the evaluation.All of which lay a foundation for future in-depth studies on use efficiency evaluation of education resource centers.
