| 摘 要： | 技术创新是一项复杂的系统工程，其中蕴涵着大量鲜为人知的默会知识．这些默会知识对企业技术创新活动的绩效与成败起着关键作用．本文考察了技术创新活动中默会知识的存在形式、分布及特点，探讨了技术创新过程中默会知识在创新团队中转移的机理与途径，以实现默会知识在创新团队中的共享．

| Abstract: | There is a lot of tacit knowledge in technological innovation,the tacit knowledge has important function in the performance and success of enterprise's technological innovation.It discusses the form,distribution and characteristic of the tacit knowledge in technological innovation,and studisd the mechanism and approaches of tacit knowledge transfer as well. |
