智能太阳能热水器温度控制系统设计

摘    要:本文提出以89C51F310为控制芯片,分别采用DS18B20为温度传感器,铜铆钉作为水位传感器,电阻丝作为加热器,电磁阀控制热水器自动上水,并且加入了数码管显示和定时功能模块.实现太阳能热水器的水温、水位显示、自动加热、自动上水以及报警等功能的智能温度控制系统,并具有良好的抗干扰性能、结构简单、可靠性高、成本低、功能易扩展等优点,在太阳能热水器领域中具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:This article argues that based on 89C51F310 control chip, respectively using DS18B20 as tempera- ture sensors, copper rivets as level sensors and resistance wire as heaters, the heaters are controlled by a sole- noid valve to automatically feeding water, with digital display and timing function modules. Besides, the intel- ligent temperature control system for solar water heater is implemented, with the functions of water tempera- ture, water level display, automatic heating, automatic water loading and alarming, and also with the advanta- ges of good anti-jamming performance, simple structure, high reliability, low cost, and easy function exten- ding, which has wide application prospect in the field of solar water heaters.
