专业认证和注册制度下高校安全工程教育思考与实践

由于当前高校安全工程教育不能充分适应我国安全工程方面的专业认证和注册制度,因此制约了我国安全人才素质的提高。对此,一方面应当基于高等教育国际化的视角,在专业认证和注册制度下,按照认证标准为框架,设置符合标准要求的教育体系,以注册制度、社会需求和行业特色等来优化调整课程内容,突出专业课程内容的时代特征;另一方面在课内教育、实践环节、课外创新竞赛等方面加强培养实践创新能力,体现安全工程教育理论与实践的结合点,促进对专业教学质量的提升,解决安全人才培养与社会需求、未来发展和国际化趋势矛盾的相关问题。

Thoughts and Practices of Safety Engineering Higher Education from the Perspective of the Professional Certification and Registration System

At present,safety engineering education of colleges and universities is not fully adapted to the professional certification and registration system in China,which dramatically restricts the teaching quality of safety engineering.This paper aims to put forward some suggestions for the development of safety engineering higher education.On the one hand,from the perspective of higher education internationalization and under the professional certification and registration system,we should take certification standards as the framework,and set up an education system that meets the requirements of certification standards.This system should be constructed to optimize and adjust the curriculum content on the basis of the registration system,social demand and industry and times characteristics.On the other hand,we should strengthen the innovative ability of class education,combine the theory and practice of safety engineering education with industry characteristics,and lastly promote teaching quality and solve the related conflict problems between safety personnel training with social demand and the future development trend of internationalization.
