面向就业需求的信息化测绘技能训练模式研究

当今信息化测绘是测绘科学与技术的发展方向,如何培养信息化测绘专业人才和提高毕业生就业率是测绘教育研究的热点。在信息化测绘人才培养目标的指导下,提出了包括七方面的信息化测绘技能教学模式:结合科研案例分析的教学模式、构建专业课程的项目研究流程式教学模式、结合多媒体课件和软件操作演示的教学模式、信息处理算法编程和结果表达的教学模式、集中实习的科研训练教学模式、课程考核的内容和形式改革,以及面向就业的测绘技能训练模式:大学生实践创新能力大赛、校外人才培养基地(实践教学基地)建设、大学生创新性实验计划、依托科研项目完成毕业设计(论文)等,旨在为教学经验交流与提高现今测绘毕业生就业率等方面提供借鉴。

Employment-oriented Training Modes of Informationization Surveying Skills

Information generating surveying will be the development direction of surveying science and technology today. Thus, how to cultivate the students in information generating surveying and improve the undergraduate employment rate has attracted a lot of attention in surveying education. According to the cultivating objective of information generating surveying tal- ents, the paper puts forward the training modes of surveying skills as follows： （i） training mode with research-oriented case analysis; （2） mode of project researching process based on major courses teaching object; （3） the training modes combining with multimedia courseware and demo software; （4） training mode based on the programming of information processing al- gorithm and result expression; （5） scientific research training on the basis of intensive practice; （6） content and form reforming of course evaluation; （7） employment-oriented training mode, such as games on undergraduate practice innovation ability, the building of external training base （practical teaching base）, undergraduate innovative research training program, and academic essays based on projects. As a consequence, all the training modes are aimed at supplying references for teaching experience communication and an increase of employment of the undergraduate students in the major of surveying.
