| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的日益发展，网络已经渗透到了社会的各个层面，传统的大学英语教学模式在其影响下势必会发生新的变革。本文从网络化教学的定义分析出发，提出了适合目前大学英语网络教学的模式，阐述了实施大学英语网络教学的基本要求以及探讨了网络化教学的意义。

| Abstract: | With the great inflation of information, internet has penetrated into every respect of our society. And thus traditional model of college English teaching will definitely come to change. This article begins with the definition of teaching through the use of internet, and then discusses about one of the most available models in college English teaching. And further puts forward the basic requirement and significance of carrying out such model. |
