| 摘 要： | 当代中国政治发展正面临着政治整合弱化，利益结构多元化和政治腐败的多重挑战。以惩治腐败为突破口，推进当代中国政治发展已经成为一项关键性任务。惩治腐败要以制度建设为根本，转变政府职能，完善监督、制约机制，使反腐制度法制化系统化，同时要加强思想道德教育，构筑拒腐防变的思想防线。

| Abstract: | The development of politics in contemporary China is faced with such challenges as the degradation of politics integration, the multi-unit of benefit structure, the corruption of politics, It is key that we promote the politics development by the breakthrough of punishing corruption. The essay points out the key of preventing corruption is institution creation and the moral education is also nessary. |
