| 摘 要： | 在涉及公房居住权、承租权争议的离婚案件中,还包括一个公房居住权、承租权的确认之诉,在立法和法理方面均有与它诉合并审理的依据。在解除当事人婚姻关系同时,在公房使用权问题上也应同时变更租赁关系。

| Abstract: | In the divorce case involved the right of dwelling and rent of public housing, there is another case of affirmance of the right of dwelling and rent of public housing. Based on the legislation and the legal principle, the two cases can be tried together. While the engagement is renounced, the leasehold relation should be changed. |
