| 摘 要： | 江苏民办高等教育历经20多年的发展,已形成了一定规模和效应,但是发展也面临着一些困境,目前主要集中在生源、经费、产权、管理、师资等方面,究其原因一是保障制度缺失,二是政策支持不足,三是社会舆论影响。

| Abstract: | Jiangsu private higher education has formed a certain scale and effect after 20 years＇ development, but it is also faced with some difficulties,such as students, funds, property rights, management, teaching and other aspects. The main reasons in-clude the lack of a security system, the lack of policy support and the influece of social opinion. |
