摘    要:当代学生人文素养缺失的现象普遍.而提升学生人文素养应首先从教师人文素养抓起。本文尝试从教师和学校两个维度探讨教师人文素养提升的途径。从教师个人的角度来看应做到:广泛阅读,厚实底蕴;见贤思齐,学在身边;积极实践,善于反思。从学校的角度:构建培育系统、优化人文环境、强化制度建设。总之,提升教师人文素养,需要各方在实践中不断充实其内容,创新其途径。

On Ways to Improve Teachers' Humanistic Quality from the Perspective of the Teacher and School

Abstract:It is common that contemporary students lack human-istic quality, while the improvement of students' humanistic qual-ity should start from teachers' humanistic quality. This paper at-tempts to explore the ways to improve teachers' humanistic quali-ty from the perspective of the teacher and school. From the per-spective of the teacher, the teacher should read extensively in or-der to consolidate their knowledge accumulation, set an example and learn from others, practice actively and be good at reflections. From the perspective of the school, school administrators should construct a cultivation system, optimize humanistic environment and enhance system construction. In short, the improvement of teachers' humanistic quality should be attempted in various prac-tical ways.
