对我国中学课余训练现状调查与分析

运用文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法对我国中学课余体育训练的现状进行了全面调查。调查结果如下:1.目前我国中学对开展课余体育训练的意义与作用认识比较明确; 2.试点中学所开展的运动项目只集中田径、篮球、排球、足球等项目上,我国的优势运动项目开展的很少;3.大部分的学校采用降分的手段来招收招体育特长学生;4.中学开展课余体育训练的经费问题、学习与训练时间的问题、中学运动竞赛问题、教练员水平问题等均是影响发展的重要因素。

Investigation and Analysis of After-class Physical Training Situations in Middle Schools in China

The authors of this paper have done a thorough investigation into the current situations of after-class physical training in middle schools in China by means of literature review, questionnaire and interviews. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) Currently there exists a clear awareness for the significance and usefulness in developing after-class physical training in middle schools in China; (2) The sport games developed by the experimental middle schools are mainly for track and field events, basketball, volleyball and football, while the games which our country is good at are seldom seen in middle schools; (3) Most of the middle schools rely on the means of reducing entrance grades for enrollment of special students with sport talent; (4) Problems of cost used in developing after-class physical training, proper distribution of time for study and training, sports contest held in middle schools and quality of coaches are all significant factors which can influence the development of physical training in middle schools.
