| 摘 要： | 百年大计，教育为本，教育大计，教师为本。搞好学校体育工作，直接取决于教师的综合素质和管理能力。没有高水平的教师队伍，就没有高水平的高等教育，提高体育教师队伍素质对完成学校各项工作任务具有关键性作用。
