| 摘 要： | 和谐社会需要司法来协调社会的整体利益,司法保障是构建和谐社会的根本性保障,但由于诸多现实因素的影响,致使司法保障的工作不尽完善。从构建和谐社会的需求出发,应塑造公正效率的现代司法理念,推进司法体制改革与创新,建立完善科学的司法运行程序,进行多方位的司法监督,强化基层司法机关建设。

| Abstract: | Harmonious society needs justice to cohere with the whole interests in the society.Judicial safeguard is the fundamental safeguard to constructure the harmonious society.But owing to the affection of many reality elements,the work of judicial safeguard was not perfect.From the needs to constructure the harmonious society,it should be create the modern judicial ideas about justice and efficiency,promote the reform of judicial system,perform the perfect and scientific judicial process,carry on the judicial supervision from different aspects,and strengthen the building of grassroots judicial organs. |
