| Abstract: | The article analyzes the management environment and current situation of several state-run business banks. and comparatively several kinds of ways of capital supplements to the state-run business banks. It discusses the necessity,superiority and feasibility of financial bonds which several state-run business banks want to issue. So it brings forward the viewpoint which the financial bond is superior choice to the state-run business banks. |
