| 摘 要： | 社区体育越来越受到人们的关注,本课题研究以苏州高新区狮山街道社区老年人健身活动为切入点,进行实地调研,实事求是地反映现阶段社区体育老年人参与健身活动的现状及存在的问题,提出社区体育老年人健身的发展对策,为老年人健身提供保障。
