发文拟稿系统短信提醒功能的设计

目前使用的发文拟稿中是通过邮件来实现消息的提示,在消息处理的时间性方面略显不足。利用Notes数据库中的代理、网页的刷新功能可以将文件处理的信息以短消息的形式发送到个人的手机上,这可以大大缩短办理公文的时间。

Design of Short Message Prompt in the Process of Document Issuance

The prompt of message is realized by the mail in the current document issuance,but the shortage has been exposed during the process of message.With the agent in Notes and the performance of refresh of webpage,the message of document management can be sent to he mobile phone,which can reduce the time of document issuance.
