| 摘 要： | 本课题采用CO2气体保护焊对四种焊丝进行铸铁点堆焊试验。结果表明,采用焊丝C进行堆焊后,辊壳的耐磨性和持蔗力明显提高,因此焊丝C是最适合作为铸铁辊壳表面点堆焊的焊接材料。

| Abstract: | In this paper, four kinds of wire have been dot-deposit welded on the surface of cast iron roller by CO2 MIG. The results show that Wire C is optimal to deposit on the base metal. The weld can significantly improve the wear-resistance and sugarcane-holding strength of the roller. |
