我院少数民族学生思想教育实践探索

现阶段,高职院校的少数民族学生越来越多,学生的个性更加突出、特征更加鲜明。结合工作实践,分析少数民族学生的实际情况,从民族政策、制度建设、学生心理以及因材施教等方面来对学生实施教育和管理,进而达到提高民族民族学生思想教育工作水平,创建和谐、团结、积极向上的校园氛围,提升培养质量的目的。

Research on Ideological Education of Minority Students in Our College

At present, there are more and more minority students in vocational colleges who have strong characters. Combi- ning with the work practice, the author analyzes the current situation of minority students and puts forward ways to educate and manage students by ethnic policies, rule construction, students＇ psychology so that the work of ideological education can be improved and harmonious, united and positive atmosphere in school can be created.
