中国职业足球运动员高收入的现状及限薪利弊的经济学分析

从中国职业足球运动员高收入的现状入手,采用经济模型分析法揭示了中国职业足球 运动员高收入的原因及限薪管理的利弊。结果表明:中国职业足球运动员的高收入属于经济租 金,它是由基本工资、奖金和个人额外收入三部分组成;经济租金高的原因是足球市场的供不应 求,足球运动员的税收及非市场经济力量共同作用的结果;中国足协采用限薪的办法控制足球 运动员的高收入是有劳无功的行为,对经济租金调控的最好方法是对其课以重税。

Economical Analysis on Advantage and Disadvantage of Limiting Salary of Professional Soccer Players in China

From the point of high salary of our professional soccer players,this paper points out the advantage and disadvantage of limiting salary, discusses the forming reason of this. The result shows that the high income of professional soccer players belongs to economic rent. It includes basic wage, bonus and additional income. The reason of high economic rent is the demand exceeding supply in soccer market,the result of taxation of soccer players. It is fruitless effort for Chinese soccer association to limit the salary of professional soccer player. The best way to regulate the economic rent is to tax heavily.
