论体育自创商誉

摘    要:针对体育产业发展中的体育自创商誉有关问题进行了探讨、分析,提出了增值体育自创商誉的策略:一是发挥体育企业内部制度的协同效应;二是提高体育企业文化品位,造就高素质的人力资源队伍。结论是:体育自创商誉分为正商誉和负商誉,体育自创商誉与该企业的商誉值、信誉度、企业文化发展水平是正相关的关系,特别是在当今讲诚信的时代,体育自创商誉对加速体育产业的健康发展和与世界接轨,对我国经济发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:In this paper, some problems on sports self-generated goodwill in the development of sports industry have been discussed and analyzed, and put forwards the strategy to increase sports self-generated goodwill, to exert cooperation effect of interior institution in sports enterprise, and to improve culture rank. The conclusions are that sports self-generated goodwill is divided into positive goodwill and negative goodwill. Sports self-generated goodwill of one enterprise has positive relation with its goodwill value, credit standing degree, and enterprise culture developing level. Especially in today′s honesty-credit era, sports self-generated goodwill has important effect to accelerate healthy development of sports industry, to step into world orbit, and national economy development.
