| Abstract: | This paper introduces the connotation of joint reference consultation system and its development situation both at home and abroad. Then it compares and analyzes four joint reference consultation systems in terms of their basic facts and resources with native features. Finally it puts forward some problems of this system to be faced and their corresponding approaches to improve. 6 refs. |
