| 摘 要： | 民主管理是现代大学制度内部结构治理的重要组成部分,高校工会肩负着推进学校民主管理、维护高校教职工合法权益的职能。高校工会要在落实教代会制度、推进校务公开、制定大学章程等方面发挥宣传教育、组织推进、参与监督作用,促进现代大学制度建设。

| Abstract: | The democratic management is an important part of the internal administration of modern universities. The workers＇ unions in universities bear the responsibility to promote the democratic management and protect all the stuff＇s legal rights. They are playing the role of propaganda, organization and participation in the supervision in such aspects as implanting the system of teachers＇ congress, promoting the opening of university affairs and making the university rules. Further, they can help to speed up the construction of systems in modern universities. |
