| 摘 要： | 分析信息服务业发展现状和存在的问题，通过数据包络分析方法得出各地区以及全国的投入产出效率。从技术有效性和规模有效性两方面对我国信息服务业进行了深入分析，并在此基础上给出扩大投入规模、均衡配置资源等政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the information service industry development status and existing problems,then used data envelopment analysis method to valuation input-output efficiency of the region as well as the country.From the technical effectiveness and scale of the effectiveness,analysis China's information services industry in-depth,and on this basis,gave some policy recommendations towards expanding investment scale and balanced allocation of resources. |
