| 摘 要： | 社会弱势群体的边缘性、贫困性等特性将成为构建群众性多元化体育服务体系的瓶颈。必须采取相应的措施，将社会弱势群体的体育服务纳入群众性的多元化体育服务体系之中，以保障这部分人正常的体育权益，促进体育服务体系的完善。
