体操类专业运动员退役后成功就业现状调查*

退役运动员再就业是目前社会关注的热点话题也是当前竞技体育需要面对的难题.从运动员退役后成功就业的角度来着手分析,首先收集大量相关文献,用问卷收集到30名运动员的资料,去掉组织安排就业筛选出22名自主择业和高校就读两种退出途径的退役运动员进行对比分析,主要从以下5个方面展开,分别是退出途径、运动成绩与等级、文化教育水平、所获文凭、再就业职业层次,另加入两名未成功就业的运动员进行对比,主要得出以下结论:本次调查的成功就业退役运动员就业状况良好,多位于中上层,从就业层次来说,技术类占半数,这与运动员职业本是技术类有关;运动员退役时的运动等级、比赛成绩对退出途径与成功就业有不可忽视的影响作用,运动员退役途径选择不是全自愿形式,而是存在一定选择条件;文凭、新职业所需能力与人脉对成功就业有很大影响作用;退役后成功就业的运动员认为就业政策咨询、就业信息提供和就业指导课程能给成功就业带来帮助.
