| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,科技人力资源成为一个国家或地区最重要的战略资源之一。该文应用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数对2001—2008年江西省科技人力资源的贡献率作了实证研究,发现在此期间江西省科技人力资源存量迅猛增长,但其贡献率仍远远低于物资资本存量的贡献率,在此基础上,提出了加大江西省科技人力资源贡献率的政策建议。
