摘    要:在组织的管理过程中,不仅需要强制管理,保证组织目标的有效实现,同时还要依靠管理者的人品、学识、才能、情感、意志等因素对下属产生吸引力、感召力和凝聚力.管理者必须要因人、因时、因地的不同,灵活运用这两种管理方法.

Abstract:In the process of organization management, it not only needs compulsory management to assurance organizes the valid realization of with target, but also still need to depend on the governor's personal character, scholarship, emotion and etc. The factor brings about attraction, the inspiration dint on inferiority and coagulate dint. The manager has to use flexibly these two kinds of management methods because of the person, hour, the ground.
