| Abstract: | The 6th plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of CPC stressed that developing the charitable cause,strengthening the charitable consciousness of society.From three aspects,the article discussed the relations between the charitable civilization and the harmonious society construction: the harmonious society needs the developed charitable matter.Developing the charitable cause needs the charitable civilization background.The charitable civilization promotes the construction of the harmonious society. |
