民办高校创新创业人才培养模式的构建

我国民办高校培养的人才除了具备在企业中各岗位的胜任能力之外,还应当具备创新创业能力,这对于学生的职业生涯发展尤其重要.首先,制定创新创业人才战略培养目标;第二,构建以岗位为核心、需求为导向、就业为根本的招生就业服务体系,构建出与创业人才培养相匹配的招生策略和就业推广方案;第三,设计出创新意识、创业战略、创业知识和创业实战四项课程设置的教学体系,作为提高教学质量的保障;第四,通过校企合作打造灵活多样的实训体系,进一步培养学生的动手能力、解决问题的能力;第五,形成专业知识、岗位技能、创业能力、职业素质四位一体的创新创业人才评价标准;第六,建立创新创业人才培养组织结构是人才培养的保障,充分整合校内外力资源、人力资源,确保创新创业人才培养模式的顺利运行.
