民国时期湖南私立教育的特点与兴盛原因探析

民国时期湖南的私立教育曾走过了一条极不平坦的道路，在它的发展过程中，呈现了以下特点：私立学校，门类齐全，尤以小学与中学为盛；私立学校遍布三湘大地，但多集中在长沙与中小城市；历经风雨，经久不衰；办学中的相对独立性。私立教育发展的原因在于：一是有一批矢志教育，磨血兴学的办学中坚；二是有一批经严格挑选而有敬业精神的教师队伍；三是与国民政府及省政府的有关鼓励政策分不开；四是受到湖湘文化与新文化运动的深刻影响；五是得到了热心教育的人士与社团的资助。

Hunan's Private Education's Characters and the Reason of It's Prosperous in Chinese Republic Age

In Chinese republic age,Hunan's private education experienced a rugged and rough way.Along with it's development,there are several characters which we have to pay attention to.We owned all kinds of private school,especially elementary school and middle school.Private schools located every corner of Hunan,but most of them centralized in Changsha and some middle and small scale cities.Private education was not fade away after long period.It had independence in administration.There are five reasons why Hunan's private education made such a great progress.First,we have intellectual who devote their life to education.Second,we have lots of teachers who concentrate on teaching.Third,because of the encouragement of central authority and local government.Fourth,it was affected deeply by the huxiang culture and new-cultural compaign.Fifth,the people and orgnizations who have enthusiasism in education support it.
