地方高校精英学院拔尖创新人才培养探索--以X大学Y学院为例?

为适应地方经济社会发展以及产业优化升级的需求,地方高校作为我国高等教育体系的主体部分,理应分担拔尖创新人才培养的重任。相较于部属重点高校,地方高校精英学院的拔尖创新人才培养具有“拔尖”的多样性、“创新”的应用性和“地方”的依存性三重特征。受困于“先天不足”和“后天营养不良”,地方高校精英学院进行拔尖创新人才培养亟待科学管理,以打破现有理念、模式和资源以及评价的困境。X大学Y学院作为较早开展拔尖创新人才培养试验的地方高校精英学院,在拔尖创新人才培养方面的探索经验,对地方高校精英学院培养拔尖创新人才具有借鉴与启示意义。

For meeting the needs of local development and industrial upgrading,local universities,as the main part of Chinese higher education system,should take the responsibility of cultivating top-notch innovative.talents.Comparison with the key universities,who affiliated to the ministry,the top-notch innovative talent cul-tivation of local universities has the characteristics of,"top-notch"diversity,"innovative"applicability and"local"dependency.Due to the"inferiority of congenital genes"and"insufficiency of acquired nutrition",local elite college of local university to train top-notch innovative talents need to manage scientifically and effective-ly,breaking the dilemma of ideas,modes,resources,and evaluation.Y school of X University carried out the top-notch innovative talent training earlier,which has significance of reference and inspiration for elite colleges of local universities.
