| 摘 要： | 针对普通高校体育课程中，足球专项课的教学实际，重点探讨了在确立正确的教育目标，构建合理的教材体系，更新教学方法与手段，改进学生体育效果评价方法等的过程中，如何贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想，提出了一些新的教育理念，为上述诸方面的后继研究提供理论依据。
