国际自由式摔跤运动员运动损伤调查

对武汉体院、湖北省自由式男子摔跤队43名运动员进行了运动创伤调查.43名运动员中,伤39名,患病率73.68%;查出伤病68人次,人均发病率152.9%.调查结果表明:训练场受伤占96.55%;损伤主要发生在专项训练时,占89.66%;损伤性质以急性转慢性为主,占66.18%;以膝(66.17%)、腰(19.12%)、手(8.83%)为好发部位;占全部损伤的94.12%.以膝关节内外侧副韧带损伤最多(45.59%)、腰肌筋膜炎次之(14.70%)、膝部半月板损伤9例占13.24%.影响训练的创伤占44.12%;治疗总有效率61.76%;在病因中以专项训练因素为多见,占67.65%,其次为身体训练、训练安排及比赛因素等,其中以专项训练过多最为多见,占70.59%,其次为技术失误及误伤、缺乏保护等.作者指出,提高技术训练水平、加强训练场医务监督、重视急性伤的处理是减少创伤患病率的重要途径.

A Survey on Sports Injury of Free-Style Wrestlers

The survey of sports injury was conducted on 43 free-style male wrestlers,39 out of the 43,about 73.68% were injured;the per wrestles rate is 152.9% which means during the survey,there're more than one injuries,about 68 times,happened to the 43 wrestlers.It was revealed that 96.55% injuries happened in training,89.66% happened in special training;66.18% of the in juries have changed from acute symptom to chronic.The injuries mainly took place in the knees(66.12%),waist(19.12%) and hands(8.83%),about 94.12% of all the injuries.The most injures,about 45.59% were in the lateral and medial collateral ligament of the knees,followed with 14.7% of psoas fascities.And 9 cases of knee joint meniscus hurt,which took up 13.24%.44.12% injuries will affect training,curable cases were 61.76%,67.65% were caused by special training,followed by physical training,training plan and competitions;70.69% were caused by overloaded special training,technique miscut and the lack of proctection.It is suggested that the most important approaches of reduce the injury rate is to enhance the technique training level,strength the medical supervision in training and pay attention to the treat ment to the acute injuries.
