Abstract:The reform on purpose of teaching assessment should start from assessing in degrees to diagnosing and encouraging, and the reform on content should start from result - emphasis, to process - emphasis, from knowledge - emphasis to quality - emphasis, from non - emotion involvement to emotion involvement. And the reform on standard should be diversified.
