我国推行"以房养老"的原因及措施研究

我国人口老龄化呈现出"未富先老"、速度快等特征,再加上家庭结构的变化使我国面临严峻的养老问题,给现有的养老保障体系提出了挑战,必须要挖掘新的养老资源,"以房养老"就是多层次养老保障的有益补充."以房养老"对不同的主体都能产生积极的效应,而且我国已经具备推行"以房养老"的各方面基础,因此,探究在我国推行"以房养老"的举措具有重要意义.

Analysis on the Reasons and Measures of Implementation of"House-for-Pension Scheme" in China

China is facing serious pension issues because the Chinese population is rapidly aging with the characteristics of"getting old before getting rich", coupled with changes in family structure, which posed a challenge to the existing old-age insurance system. We have to find new pension resources, while"house-for-pension scheme" is such a good supplementary for multi-level old-age insurance system."House-for-pension scheme" can have a positive effect on different subjects, and we have many aspects of basis for the implementation of the"house-for-pension scheme". Therefore, putting forward some supporting policies of the implementation of the"house-for-pension scheme" in China plays a valuable role.
