| 摘 要： | 一、国际田联教练员培训和认证系统
国际田联教练员培训和认证系统为教练员职业发展提供了强有力的支持。根据国际田联前主席普里莫·内比奥罗所提出的十年发展规划（1990—2000年），国际田联于1991年创建和实施了全球教练员培训和认证系统，开创了教练员教育的新纪元。2007年3月，国际田联发展委员会批准通过了新的包含五个级别的教练员培训和认证系统（图1）。

| Abstract: | IAAF Development Council approved a new system for coach education and certificate in March 2007,which contained 5 levels of coaches.This system is extremely challenging.It would provide substantial support for coaches’ and athletes’ development.IAAF Regional Development Center is an important executive department of IAAF coach education,the aim of which is to carry out athletics in the world more widely and deeply.At present,there are 9 IAAF development centers on earth,distributing in Asia,Europe,Africa,America and Oceania respectively.Each development center,based on IAAF developmental strategy and programs,enhances the connection between IAAF and each national association of athletics federation, and organizes coach education and exchange activities according to local situations. |
