| Abstract: | According to the concepts and characteristics of emerging technologies and the studies about discontinuous innovation by per-scholars, it discribes that alternate process of the discontinuity between the technological advancement and the technological diffusion is the essential condition of emerging technologies. Then it points out the formulation paths of emerging technologies. |
