| 摘 要： | 当前,和谐社会建设已成为我国发展战略目标之一,而林业行政执法是依法治林、保护森林资源可持续发展的重要实现途径,是国家林业法律法规、政策得以贯彻执行的主要手段。因此,以和谐社会为出发点进一步,认识和加强林业行政执法部门的执法职能,对于强化林业行政执法力度,最优配置林业行政执法资源,对于实现林业建设总体目标、促进各项林业事业的和谐发展具有重要理论和现实意义。
