| 摘 要： | 在建设学习型社会的过程中,高职教师的终身教育必须依靠制度建设和体制建设。只有构筑起高职教师的终身教育体制,才能规范且强制性地保证高职教师的终身教育和终身学习。在这一体制建设中,教育行政机关的有关部门应增加高职教师终身教育职能,教师终身教育的立法与法规是基础,强有力的保障机制和监督机制是实施高职教师终身教育的关键。

| Abstract: | In the course of building a "learning- type" society, teachers' life-long education must depend on the construction of the systems and regulations. The teachers' life-long education and learning could be carried out regularly and compulsorily only if the systems and regulations were established. In the course of the construction, education authorities should entrust the task to a corresponding organization, for a legal system and legislation is the base and the guarantee and supervision mechanism is the key to teachers' life-long education. |
