双极性晶体管等效电路的教学实践

摘    要:为分析双极性晶体管放大电路而引入的众多双极性晶体管等效模型加重了初学者负担.本文介绍了一种从双极性晶体管物理结构出发推导出高频低频等效电路以简化分析手段、突出教学目的的教学尝试,同时利用仿真软件的辅助分析加深初学者对工程近似概念的理解.

Abstract:Kinds of equivalent circuit of bipolar junction transistor introduced for transistor circuit analysis add to the burdens of beginer's study.A teaching practice that deduces high-frequency and low-frequency equivalent circuit from internal configuration is introduced in this paper.The teaching intention is protruded by simplifying the means.Moreover,simulation program with the PSPICE make the beginner understand engineering approximate analysis easy.
