乡村文化秩序重建中乡村教师的使命

随着城镇化进程的推进,城乡文化之间的矛盾日益突出,乡村文化正面临着现代性危机,如文化价值危机及传承危机等。重塑乡村文化生态,弘扬传统优秀文化,是新时代乡村振兴的重要任务之一。乡村教师作为乡村社会主要的知识群体,应自觉肩负起乡村文化秩序重建的历史使命,即“尽心”传承乡土文化,“尽职”守护乡村课堂,“尽力”传播文明乡风。在乡村文化秩序重建中,乡村教师要敢于作为,积极参与乡村社会文化建设。

The Mission of Rural Teachers in the Reconstruction of Rural Cultural Order

With the advancement of Urbanization,the contradiction between urban and rural cultures has become increasingly prominent,with rural culture facing the modernity crisis,like the crisis in cultural value and its heritage.However,it is one the important tasks of rural revitalization in the new era to rebuild rural cultural ecology and promote excellent traditional culture.Therefore,as the main intellectual group in rural society,rural teachers should,out of their own initiatives,undertake the historical mission in the reconstruction of rural cultural order,that is,protecting rural knowledge with all their heart,maintaining rural classes with their duties,and promoting civilized rural ethos with all their efforts.In the reconstruction of rural cultural order,rural teachers should be brave and active in rural social and cultural construction.
