| 摘 要： | 学校体育必须改革以往的重技术而忽视能力培养，重身体训练而养成教育，重学校体育的一次性教育而忽视终生体育意识的培养的教育方式，必须尽快地由应试教育向素质教育转轨，必须建立起完整的体育教学思想=身心全面发展与终生体育意识相结合。
