| 摘 要： | 随着冷战的结束,世界正朝多极格局的方向发展,而不同地缘政治战略的发展对跨国民族文化变异有直接的影响.就拿震动全球的科索沃事件来说,它不是一个局部意义的事件,而是关系到多极世界格局和世界性跨国民族问题发展方向的、具有举足轻重影响的问题.因为跨国民族问题作为新生形态的民族问题将成为新世纪影响国际关系的世界性问题.而以跨国民族为表象的斗争反映了跨国民族问题错综复杂的特点及其在当今国际关系中的重要地位.

| Abstract: | As the cold war brings to an end, the world is moving towards multipolarization. Different geopolitical strategies have direct influence on the development of transnational cultures. The shocking Kosovo event is a good case in point. The problem of transnational nationalities will become a major international issue of the new age, which will influence the international relations. The conflicts among the transnational nationalities show the complexity of the problem and its important position in present international relations. |
