Ecological risk management is a include economic,political,cultural,and other elements of the complicated social system.Dissipative structure theory is the core system in the open and away from equilibrium,through the various elements of the non-linear system of mutual contact and nonlinear interactions affect a non-linear system as a whole to achieve an orderly change in the non-linear effect.In this paper,the use of dissipative structures on the operation of the ecological risk management process,improve the ecological risk management level,further to achieve ecological restoration and protection of the western region to provide a new idea.
