基于聚类分析的我国网络群体性事件内涵研究

本文选取中国社会白皮书中的2007-2008年度最受网民关注的13个网络群体性事件作为研究样本,基于事件过程的角度对其进行聚类分析,在分类的基础上讨论事件的特征、内涵以及网民在其中的诉求。研究表明,总体上我国的网络群体性事件属于人民内部矛盾问题,大部分网民关注焦点已经从现实世界群体性事件的维权等利益之争拓展到社会管理、行政管理的公平问题,体现了网民参与民主政治的积极性,也对政府行政管理提出了更高的要求。因此政府更需要以客观、务实、宽容的态度来面对网络群体性事件。

The Connotation of Network Group Events in China Based on Cluster Analysis

This paper selected 13 most of concern to netizen from 2007-2008 Chinese society white paper as a sample and discussed the connotation of network group events in China based on cluster analysis. The research proved that network group events in China reflected contradictions among the people. Focus of the majority netizen has been changed from individual interest to equity of social management and administration. Therefore, the Government needs to be objective, prag- matic and tolerant to face network group events.
