| 摘 要： | 中共建国后与国民党退台后的土改因面临的历史背景不同采用的手段不同,中共土改采用了激进的手段,而国民党土改采用了赎买的手段,但两者都以发展生产力和稳定社会秩序为出发点和落脚点,都引起了社会的巨大变化,促进了经济发展和社会进步。

| Abstract: | Reformation of land of the Communist Party of China and National Party used different means because they faced with different historical background .The Communist Party of China used excessive means and National Party used redeeming means, but starting point of departure and stopping point of both sides are to develop productive forces and steady society order and they both caused huge society change and accelerate economic and society development. |
