Structural Change: Four Issues in Development of Olympic Movement Under Post-Olympism Background

As one of the greatest creation and highest achievements of the human civilization, the development of the Olympic Movement has always been a common concern around the world. However, the modern Olympic Movement has entered into a new era under new social background, the situation and future direction of Olympics should be analyzed. By applying the Post-Olympism viewpoint, changes of the Olympics in the social transformation were analyzed through issues concerning Olympic Movement and global urban development, relationship between Olympics and the new media, reform of Olympic events and sports, Olympics and concerns for athletes.
