行政垄断下我国竞技体育行业效率的理论与实证分析

竞技体育行业的政府行政垄断，使其形成了一个封闭的系统，系统内不断增加的熵导致的无序状态使其总体效率欠佳；依据耗散结构理论，欲使我国竞技体育行业摆脱困境，必须进一步扩大其开放程度，以充分发挥非线性机制的作用。运用数据包罗分析方法，对我国竞技体育行业的效率状况进行实证分析，发现其在行政垄断下的总体效率确实不高。基于理论和实证分析，认为要提高我国竞技体育行业的效率水平，必须对其行政垄断体制进行改革。

Theoretical and Empirical Analysis of Efficiency of Chinese Competitive Sports Industry under Administrative Monopoly

In a long term, Chinese competitive sports industry is under the control of the government's administrative monopoly. The disordered state caused by the increasing entropy in the system led to inefficiency. Based on the theory of dissipative structure, in order to solve the problems, the industry must be further extended to make the nonlinear mechanism adequately function. Reforming the administrative monopoly system was indispensable for improving the efficiency.
