体育大国向体育强国迈进的价值哲学思考

当再次把体育强国作为我国体育发展目标的时候,学界对"体育大国"与"体育强国"的理解却见仁见智。对体育强国目标的价值哲学解读,旨在弄清造成分歧的根源,探寻统一认识、凝聚共识的途径。体育强国目标是在我国社会转型期,价值取向转变后国人对体育价值的必然诉求。价值取向的转变必然导致主体的价值选择发生变化,就会产生新的体育目标价值,用新旧不同的目标价值来评判体育目标的达成程度是造成对体育强国理解不同的根本原因。在全新的国际国内社会背景下,构建体育目标价值体系有利于统一认识,凝聚共识,为建设体育强国导航。

Value philosophy thinking on the striding from a Major Sports country to a Sports Power

When the sports power is again as sports development’s goals in China,the points on "Major Sport country" and "Sports Power" are different.Based on the value of sports power target philosophical reading,the target of Sports Power is the inevitable appeal of the countrymen’s sports value after the value orientation transformation in social transition of China.The shift of the value orientation will inevitably lead to the change of subject,which can produce some new sports target value.The difference of each value orientation is the reason for so many understandings on Sports Power.In the new international and domestic social context,constructing sports target value system is advantageous to unify knowing and build consensus,and is as a beacon to the navigation of Sports Power.
